The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources has launched the AI Productivity Suite to provide government employees with the latest technology tools that support efficiency and innovation in government work. This directory is a result of believing in the importance of the active participation of government employees in achieving the wise leadership’s vision towards developing advanced governmental talents to drive the United Arab Emirates to global leadership.

The AI Productivity Suite offer a comprehensive set of tools that improve the performance of government employees by saving time and effort, focusing on accomplishing priorities, simplifying processes, enhancing effectiveness, and unleashing innovation capabilities across all sectors of the federal government.

This initiative is a joint venture between the Office of Government Development and the Future, and the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, in partnership with Insidr.ai, a developer of AI solutions. The aim is to provide a comprehensive and reliable reference for government entities seeking to harness AI, helping them explore the latest AI solutions and tools available in the market and informing government officials of the latest developments in this field.

Scope of the Initiative:

The scope of this initiative includes the application of AI in:

• Process Automation: For performing routine and repetitive tasks quickly and accurately with minimal human intervention.
• Data Analysis: For processing and analysing vast amounts of data quickly and efficiently to help decision-makers make more accurate and sound decisions.
• Interaction with Clients: To provide the best personalized experiences that meet client requirements using automated chat applications and voice response systems.
• Innovation: To develop new innovative government services and enhance the performance of existing services.
• Education and Development: To offer personalized educational experiences that meet individual needs and improve individual skills and quality of work.
