UAE participates in negotiation meeting to unify purchase of HR system licenses
The UAE, represented by the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR), participated in the 39th meeting of the Negotiation Team from the Gulf Cooperation Council countries. The meeting discussed ways to unify the purchase of HR Systems licenses, and the Technical Committee for Civil Service of the Gulf Cooperation Council.
FAHR was represented in the virtual meeting by His Excellency Ibrahim Fikri, Executive Director of the Support Services Sector. The meeting was organized by the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council, represented by the Human and Environment Affairs Sector – Department of Labor and Social Affairs.
The attendees reviewed the results of the recent negotiations with the relevant authorities, and discussed the final steps on the implementation of the memoranda of understanding, which were reached by the team members in favor of cooperation in joint work towards digital transformation and modern technologies, with the aim of enhancing cooperation between civil service and human resources entities in the GCC countries.
