Director General

Her Excellency Laila Obaid Al Suwaidi is the Director General of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources.

She previously held the position of the Executive Director of the Programs and Human Resources Planning Sector in the Authority, and the Head of Social Development in the General Secretariat of the Executive Council in Dubai and contributed to many strategic initiatives. Her Excellency specializes in the area of Human Capital Organizational Development, Strategic Management, Performance, Quality, and Excellence.

Her Excellency holds an Executive MBA in Strategic Management, Executive Diploma in Public Sector Management and holds a specialized Certificate in Balanced Scorecard. She supported her career path by obtaining the Young Leaders Certificate and Community Leadership Certificate from Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Leadership Development Program.
