How should I use keywords?

Circular by the Authority on Federal Government employees voting in FNC elections

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) called on all ministries and federal entities to facilitate participation of their employees by allowing them to take time off to vote in the FNC elections according to election schedule announced by competent authorities, or during the period 01 – 05 October 2019.

In the circular No. (19) of 2019, the Authority explained that the initiative came as part of its commitment to support the electoral process in the UAE, calling on all ministries and federal entities to provide support and cooperation to make this national event a success.
