How should I use keywords?

Use keywords that are as specific as possible. For example, if you want to search about a page, use the “word page” not “a pages” “and pages” etc…

5 Saudi ministries get acquainted with the Federal Government’s HR systems and policies

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) has updated an official Saudi delegation representing five ministries and government institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the policies, legislation and human resources systems applied at the Federal Government level during the delegation's visit to the headquarters of the Authority in Dubai.

The visitors were received by H.E Dr. Abdul Rahman Al Awar, Director General of FAHR, H.E Aisha Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of HR Policies, H0E Laila Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of Programs & HR Planning, H.E Ibrahim Fikri, Executive Director of Support Services and a number of department and sector directors in the Authority.

At the beginning of the meeting, H.E Dr. Abdul Rahman Al Awar welcomed the guests in their second country, stressing the importance of such visits  in providing an ideal opportunity to share the best local and regional experiences and practices in the field of human capital management and empowerment, in addition to addressing the most important issues on the development of government human resources.

The UAE has presented the whole world with a unique model in managing and caring for its human capital, an experience that has been appreciated by many governments of the world, thanks to God and the guidance of our wise leadership, which gave the human element special importance and priority to achieve success and excellence”.

The delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was briefed on the Human Resources Strategy of the Federal Government for the years 2017-2021, its strategic objectives, the achievements of the Authority during the current year, and the projects and initiatives launched at the level of the Federal Government, especially those under the umbrella of the HR Management Information System in the Federal Government "BAYANATI".

It was acquainted with the Authority’s most important initiatives and projects at the level of the Federal Government, including: Employee Performance Management, and Training & Development systems, the Emirates HR Award, ‘Maáref’ initiative for the Federal Government’s preferred training partners, Employee discount program ‘Imtyazat’, Job Evaluation and description, Human Resources Club, Authority's Award for Best Scientific Research in the Field of Human Resources. The delegation also reviewed the results of the annual report on the performance of federal entities in the field of human resources 2016, prepared by FAHR.

The delegation included: Naeem Abdul Aziz Shabana, Advisor to the Minister of Civil Service; Adel Al Yousuf, Ass. Undersecretary of the Ministry of Civil Service for the classification of posts and salaries; Faisal Bakhshwain, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Civil Service for Information Technology; Abdulrahman Al-Ayban, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health for Human Resources; Hisham Abu Bakr, Assistant General Supervisor for Digital Transformation Healthcare at the Ministry of Health; Yazid Al-Otaibi from the Ministry of Health; Saad Al-Sayyari, Director General of Human Resources at the Ministry of Trade and Investment, and Abdullah Al Arifi, Director General of Business Technology, Ministry of Trade and Investment.

It also included Saleh Al-Arini, Director General of Information Technology at the Ministry of Finance; Faisal Al-Hamoud, Director of the Human Resources Project at the Ministry of Finance; Abdullah Al-Aqeel, Advisor at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, and Dr Hind bint Mohamed Al-Shiekh, Director General of Director of Institute of Public Administration (Women's Branch); Dr. Al-Bandari Bint Ibrahim Al-Rabiah, Director of Administrative and Legal Programs at the Institute of Public Administration, and Dr. Salwa Bint Abdullah Al-Hammoudi, Director of Research and Consultancy at the Institute.
