How should I use keywords?

Use keywords that are as specific as possible. For example, if you want to search about a page, use the “word page” not “a pages” “and pages” etc…

Refine search results?

If you find that your search has returned too many results you might want to consider refining your search. You can refine your search by adding other keywords to your search or by using the handy keyword tool that can filter your results to make them more accurately reflect the information you are looking for. She stressed that happiness at work can be achieved through a strong emotional attachment of employees to the workplace, considering themselves responsible for the organization’s success.

She said: “Organizations that focus on happiness of employees are more capable of enhancing their competitive advantage, promoting their reputation, increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as achieving employee wellness, thus increasing their productivity and reducing the turnover rates. Every employee is indispensable part of the organizational memory”.

She added that the successful institution is the one that sets a specific work plan and policy to deal with passive employees, combat work pressure, eliminate negative energy. According to her, employees’ stay in an organization largely depends on the positive attitude of the leadership.

Speaking about the qualities of the positive and happy employee, she said that they include: confidence in the organization and leadership, optimum use of available resources, strong relationship with others, in addition to dedication to work and loyalty to one’s organization.
