Use keywords that are as specific as possible. For example, if you want to search about a page, use the “word page” not “a pages” “and pages” etc…

Refine search results?

If you find that your search has returned too many results you might want to consider refining your search. You can refine your search by adding other keywords to your search or by using the handy keyword tool that can filter your results to make them more accurately reflect the information you are looking for. The filters can be found to the top of your results.

Thursday July 05, 2018

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) has revealed that 18 ministries and federal bodies have offered nearly 2,200 vacancies within the e-Employment System implemented at the Federal Government level since its launch in late 2015, through the Federal Government's HR Management Information System (BATANATI).

In a statement, HE Laila Al-Suwaidi, Executive Director of Programs & HR Planning, revealed that 18 ministries and federal agencies have announced about 2200 vacancies in various departments and fields as part of e-Employment System since its launch by the end of 2015 until the middle of this year. She added that the Authority has made it possible to access the system and apply for vacancies through its website: www.fahr.gov.ae.

Al-Suwaidi explained that these statistics provide strong success indicators for the e-Employment project, which has become one of the main tools used by the ministries and federal agencies to announce the vacancies and attract people with outstanding skills and experience.

She said: “e-Employment System provides an integrated network function for employment process in federal ministries and entities through BATANATI system.  The system allows automatized processing of all stages of employment procedures in the federal entities, with the objective of reducing the cost and increasing efficiency and speed.

“It also allows human resources departments in federal ministries and entities to manage recruitment process through a network browser and simple self-service online pages, as well as it saving time and effort on the part of human resources departments employees, where they used to enter data of all applicants by themselves’’.

For her part, Shaima Al Awadhi, Director of HR Information System at FHAR, indicated that the e-Employment System provides an integrated set of features for users such as managers and employment officials in the federal ministries and entities; employees of these entities; employment agencies, and visitors to the employment website. The most notable of such features include the ability to compare employment applications, provide assessment rates for applicants, search for suitable candidates, the establishment and management of job vacancies, advertise for vacancies, and review, invitation and management of candidates, the search for work, speedy registration, nomination of suitable individuals for vacant jobs, apply for vacant posts, and communicate in real time with employment officials.

She added: ‘’The system allows employees of federal ministries and entities to create their own personal accounts within the system through the filling in of forms containing basic data such as of name, e-mail address and phone number, and then upload their own resumes, copies of qualification and experience certificates. She noted that the system will send them electronic notifications through their registered e -mail, in the event of a vacant job commensurate with their experience and academic and practical qualifications”.
