How should I use keywords?

Use keywords that are as specific as possible. For example, if you want to search about a page, use the “word page” not “a pages” “and pages” etc…

You can refine your search by adding other keywords to your search or by using the handy keyword tool that can filter your results to make them more accurately reflect the information you are looking for. FAHR launches the new- look "Imtyazat" application

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) has recently launched the updated version of the Federal Government employees’ discount program "Imtiyazat", which is regarded one of the key strategic initiatives of the Authority, whereby partnerships are held with private sector institutions to provide special offers and exclusive discounts for Federal Government employees and their families on prices of goods and services.

Commenting on the move, Mahmoud Al Marzouqi, Director of Government Communication at the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, said that "Imtiyazat" initiative has achieved remarkable progress in terms of the number of companies and quality of offers to Federal Government employees, as well as the number of beneficiaries of the initiative.

He said: "More than 20 thousand employees working for the ministries and federal bodies benefit from Imtyazat program in terms of offers and exclusive discounts by nearly 400 companies, covering several vital sectors”.

Al Marzouqi thanked Imtiyazat sponsors, for their important role in the success of the program in achieving its goals. Of these sponsors, he extended special thanks to Emirates Telecommunications Corporation (Etisalat), National Bonds Corporation and OSN Group, noting that by launching Imtyazat, FAHR seeks to support and motivate Federal Government employees and improve their level of job satisfaction and institutional loyalty, as well as improve the working environment in general.

“The initiative will have a tremendous impact on increasing and improving productivity with the ultimate goal of making the UAE a haven for highly qualified and creative talent", he said.

Al-Marzouqi referred to 340 new offers presented through Imtyazat App. to meet the expectation of all categories of Federal Government employees and their families.

Hanan Mohammed bin Nassif, Deputy Director of Government Communications, said that Imtyazat program represents the real partnership based on mutual benefit between the public and private sectors, which reflects a commitment to social responsibility. She called on the private sector companies from all sectors to join the Imyyazat partnership list via the Smart Application.

She said: “All Federal Government employees are invited to download Imtyazat Appl. in its new format, to enjoy the latest offers, discounts and benefits presented by the program partners covering several vital sectors such as: hotels, car agencies, jewelry shops, retail sale stores, health centers and restaurants, consumer goods, communications and other sectors”.

Hanan Ben Nassif pointed to the main improvements to the Imtyazat application, namely a feature that enables display of offers in an effective way, making it easier for the customer to choose the appropriate categories, and add new ones. The renovation allows the addition of a special page for service providers to register in the program, and access for viewing offers by emirate or by company name, and a feature that allows the users to evaluate their experience using a 5-star rating system.
