HE Dr. Abdulrahman Abul Manan Al Awar, Director General of FAHR, met with the Authority’s directors of sectors and departments and employees at the Sixth Happiness Iftar 2018, which was organized recently by the Authority in its headquarters in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The event has become an ongoing ceremony held by the Authority as a perfect opportunity that brings together employees and leadership, to review the latest developments, achievements, projects and future plans in a friendly atmosphere.
HE Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar, Director General of the Authority, honored the winners of Outstanding Employee title under Rewards and Incentives Scheme for the months of July and August,
He also honored a number of distinguished teams, namely the team that prepared the Authority's file on Mohammed bin Rashid Government Excellence Award, the team that prepared Back to School Policy, the team which reviewed organizational structure, and the one that prepared the Authority’s Key Performance Indicators Panel.
Recognition was extended to some employees who presented useful suggestions under the National Customer Relationship Management System, formerly known as My Gov’ Gateway. These were HE Aisha Al-Suwaidi for proposing the presentation of Balanced Scorecard quarterly at Happiness & Positivity Meetings; Abdul Rasool Mansi, proposal to implement the electronic signature system of official documents in the federal government through BAYANATI system; Al Ahli, for proposed building a “green” environmentally friendly parking lots; Sarah Al-Houli, who suggested using a microphone and sound system during the monthly Iftar gathering, and Saeed Saleh, for suggesting identification of an employee in the organizational structure and document the same in e-mail.
HE the Director General also honoured Ashraf Al-Amayra for putting forward a proposal to develop Rewards And Incentives System of the Authority through the addition of self-nomination, so that an employee can nominate himself, and finally Khaled Al-Mazmi, who proposed the "Happiness Fund," whereby every director keeps a funs with that name containing a set of coupons, for distribution to his staff for motivation and enhancement of their productivity.
