At Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR), we believe in upholding our values of ethics, integrity and transparency in every aspect of our work, the FAHR adheres to the highest ethical standards and code of professional conduct. To achieve this, FAHR has created secure communication channels that ensure whistleblowers (employees, partners, suppliers and stakeholders) can report violations in good faith, without the whistleblower being harmed. This includes matters related to fraudulent activities, misconduct or violations of legal and regulatory requirements. Whistleblowing is protected under the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources Whistleblowing Policy. We also emphasize that any information received will be treated with complete confidentiality and will be responded to in a timely manner.
