The “Authority” announces the launch of the “New Employee Journey”
In alignment with the vision and priorities of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR), which focus on developing the human resources sector and elevating the preparedness of its workforce to strengthen the efficiency of the federal HR system in the UAE, the FAHR announced the launch of the “New Employee Journey Program – GOVReady”. The program aims to enable new federal government employees to understand the mechanisms of the government work system and acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively integrate into the workplace from the very beginning of their service.

UAE Participates in the 23rd Meeting of Directors of Public Administration Institutes in GCC Countries, Held in Kuwait
The United Arab Emirates, represented by the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR), took part in the 23rd meeting of Their Excellencies the Directors General of Public Administration Institutes in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, hosted by the State of Kuwait.
