“Towards Skill-Based Institutions” is the theme of the sixth forum of the Human Resources Club

The forum, which was held virtually in cooperation with Oracle, was attended by nearly 200 participants and members of the club from federal government employees, specialists and stakeholders, from all sectors of work.

The event hosted Ahmed Imbaby, Senior Regional Manager at Oracle – Human Resources, Louay Zaiter, Senior Management Manager at Oracle – Gulf, and Iman Nasef, Senior Solutions Consultant at the company.

The speakers focused on several topics, particularly: exploring the value of skill-based institutions, the foundations of the skill-based approach, the roadmap and main steps for building this approach, the most important benefits that institutions achieve from such transformation, and the role that technology plays in supporting this trend.

Human Resources Club

The Human Resources Club, launched by FAHR in 2010, is an important platform for ideas and knowledge exchange, and brings together thousands of stakeholders and specialists in human resources issues and support services or general and emerging issues.

The club is an interactive platform that brings together those interested and specialized in human resources, experts and those with distinguished experiences under one roof, in order to exchange ideas, experiences and solutions that would enhance the roles assigned to human resources departments, institutional services and others in various sectors in the country.

It is worth noting that membership in the club is open and free for all those interested in human resources, institutional support, and other fields. An application for membership in the club can be submitted through FAHR’s website: www.fahr.gov.ae, and the club’s email: HRClub@fahr.gov.ae
