Cooperation between FAHR and Government of Ras Al Khaimah to develop national competencies within “Jahiz”

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) signed an agreement of cooperation with the Human Resources Department of Ras Al Khaimah Government within the “Jahiz” initiative for the future of government talents, aiming to empower national competencies with the skills of the future in line with the vision of the United Arab Emirates government to enhance competitiveness, leadership and proactivity.

The agreement of cooperation aims to anticipate the skills of the future, empower human cadres in government institutions in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, and enhance their skills and capabilities through the “Jahiz” platform for the future of government talents, which is deemed as one of the transformational government projects launched by FAHR.

Under the agreement, the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) will provide educational content in five main groups of future skills namely: (Digital Transformation Skills; Achievement Acceleration Skills X10; New Economy Skills; Data & Artificial Intelligence Skills; and Future Sustainability Skills).

The “Jahiz” digital platform also provides an opportunity for young people working in all sectors, in addition to graduates and scholarship students outside the UAE, to develop their capabilities and expand their knowledge horizons.
