FAHR Celebrates the 53rd UAE National Day
The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) recently celebrated the 53rd UAE National Day, which falls on December 2 of each year. The celebrations took place at FAHR’s headquarters in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and included many activities and events.
In her speech on the occasion, H.E Laila Obaid Al Suwaidi, Director General of FAHR, stressed that the UAE has accomplished an extraordinary journey of achievements and remarkable successes over the past 53 years at various levels, becoming a global leader in many fields.
She stated: “Such great achievements would not have been possible without the grace of God, and the efforts of the founding fathers, who were loyal to this country, and embodied – through their union – the lofty values of dedication and giving.
Her Excellency added: “National Day is a great occasion dear to our hearts, instilling in us a sense of optimism and hope for a brighter tomorrow for the UAE at all levels, to remain a country of security and safety, pride and prosperity, unity and fraternity”.
She explained that National Day is a national occasion in which feelings of love, belonging to the nation and loyalty to our wise leadership are renewed, as our visionary leadership works tirelessly for the sake of the country and its people. She extended her congratulations to the UAE’s wise leadership, and to all citizens and residents of the beloved UAE, praying for continued safety, prosperity and good health for all of them.
