FAHR manages the human capital axis in the “Youth retreat”

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) participated in the “Youth Retreat”, which was recently organized by the Federal Youth Foundation in presence of Her Excellency Ohood bint Khalfan Al Roumi, Minister of State for Government Development and the Future, and President of FAHR. H.E Laila Obaid Al Suwaidi, Director General of FAHR, managed the human capital axis.

The retreat brought together decision-makers and officials from the federal and local governments in the UAE with 200 young men and women from the Emirates, to exchange ideas and set priorities in brainstorming sessions that include 7 axes: education, human capital, work and productivity, health and safety, society, citizenship, and sustainability.
The retreat – which was held under the slogan “Development… Empowerment… Future” – is a pioneering national event to support and empower young people and to involve them in shaping the future for the next generations.
