HR Club Forum in cooperation with Oracle Reviews HR Development Opportunities via AI

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) recently hosted the second Human Resources Club Forum of 2025, marking a key initiative in its strategic efforts. Titled “Generative Artificial Intelligence and Human Resources Development”, the forum was held virtually in partnership with Oracle.

The event saw strong participation, with nearly 900 members and affiliates of the Human Resources Club, including federal government employees, HR specialists, and professionals from various sectors.

The forum featured insightful discussions led by Maysa Al-Muhtar, Oracle’s Human Resources Leader for the United Arab Emirates, and Iman Nasef, Applications Consultant in Oracle’s Human Resources Department.

The session delved into a range of topics, with a focus on generative artificial intelligence and its distinctions from traditional AI. Key highlights included the role of AI in digital transformation within human resources, its impact on workforce management, and its influence on employee well-being and sentiment analysis. The discussion also explored the future effects of AI on human resources over the coming years.
