The “Authority” Concludes Its Innovation Month Activities
The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) has concluded its activities for UAE Innovates 2025, during which it organized nearly ten innovative events aimed at its employees, ministries and federal entities staff, as well as human resources and innovation professionals. These events encompassed exploratory experiences, workshops, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums.
The closing session, held virtually in the presence of senior officials and employees from FAHR, reviewed key achievements during Innovation Month, FAHR’s strategic plans for the next phase, and the findings of its suggestion report compiled from various channels.
This year’s agenda featured several key events, including The Innovation Course in Talent Discovery and Investment, The Imagination Workshop in Artificial Intelligence, The Innovators’ Genes Course, The Future Government Game, and Knowledge Transfer Visits to Global Companies.
Meitha Kolthoum, Director of Strategy and Future Department and Executive Director of Innovation at FAHR, described UAE Innovates as one of the most significant national and regional events dedicated to fostering innovation and supporting talent. She emphasized that it serves as a platform to showcase the nation’s creative efforts, reflecting the leadership’s commitment to investing in innovators, inventors, and bright minds.
“Innovation in the government sector has become a work culture and an imperative for institutional excellence”, she stated. “It is essential for nurturing innovative talent and fostering an environment that ensures the highest levels of efficiency and governmental integration—one rooted in creativity and innovation, shaping the bright future of the UAE”.
