UAE President appointing Director General of the Authority

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, may God protect him, issued a federal decree promoting His Excellency Faisal Saeed Obaid Binbuti Al Mheiri and appointing him to the position of Director General of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources.

His Excellency Faisal Al Mheiri has held a number of leadership positions in the field of human resources and empowering national talents and cadres, in a number of government entities and private sector institutions, including the position of Executive Director of the Central Institutional Services Sector at the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs, Director of the Human Resources Department at the Prime Minister’s Office, in addition to the position of Executive Director of Career Development at the Emirates Telecommunications Corporation.

Faisal has worked on developing institutional projects and programs in the field of human resources and institutional empowerment. He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Systems Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the American University of Sharjah.
