How should I use keywords?

Use keywords that are as specific as possible. For example, if you want to search about a page, use the “word page” not “a pages” “and pages” etc…

If you find that your search has returned too many results you might want to consider refining your search. You can refine your search by adding other keywords to your search or by using the handy keyword tool that can filter your results to make them more accurately reflect the information you are looking for. To Register in Service:

  • The request to be submitted by HR departments at the Federal Entities via the available service channels.
  • The request reviewed to ascertain fulfillment of all requirements (Systems subject of training, number of attendees, workshop location), then an appointment will sent to the entity.
  • In case of non-fulfillment of all requirements, they will communicate with the entity to send the updated request. In case of non-acceptance of the date suggested by the FAHR, an application containing the date of the appointment is sent then it shall be approved by FAHR.

Procedures after Registration:

  • Receive the user name and password to enter the system.
  • Registration in the induction program which includes a number of regulations.
  • Obtain the certificate of completion of the induction program after succeeding all tests.

Fulfill the service requirements by submitting the required in service form in Customer Happiness System CHS:

  • Workshop type, together with identifying the matters intended to be discussed during the workshop.
  • Number of attendees.
  • Location.
