How should I use keywords?

Use keywords that are as specific as possible. For example, if you want to search about a page, use the “word page” not “a pages” “and pages” etc…

Refine search results?

If you find that your search has returned too many results you might want to consider refining your search. You can refine your search by adding other keywords to your search or by using the handy keyword tool that can filter your results to make them more accurately reflect the information you are looking for. Ajman Government joins government employees’ deduction program "Imtyazat"

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR), has announced that Ajman Government employees have joined the list of beneficiaries of the Federal Government employees’ deduction program (Imtyazat). Arrangement for the membership took place according to a Memorandum of Understanding concluded recently with the Central Human Resources Department in Ajman, signed by the Authority Director General, HE Dr. Abdulrahman Abdul Al Manan Al Awar, and HE Rashid Abdulrahman Bin Jubran Al Suwaidi, Director General of Central Human Resources Department in Ajman.

Commenting on the signing of the MoU, HE Dr. Abdurrahman Al Awar, that Ajman Government is the first local government entity to join the beneficiaries of the deduction program, stressing that the move is a real addition to Imtyazat initiative, which was launched in 2011.

HE said “Imtyazat program is the largest initiative of its kind in the UAE, whereby the Authority signs partnerships with private sector companies to offer preferential prices for Federal Government employees and their families on goods and services.

“By launching Imtyazat, the Authority aimed to create a positive and competitive work environment for the federal government employees, provide favourable conditions in the workplace to promote employee happiness and job satisfaction, increase productivity in order to consolidate the UAE’s global as one of the world’s leading and competitive countries, and haven for highly qualified and creative talent”. 

He added: “In 2017, the Authority launched Imtyazat program as a smart application that serves employees at all times and in all places, in a move to support the wise vision of our Government towards automation and smart transformation. Today, Smart Application Imtiyazat is highly interactive and easy to browse for Federal Government employees to review the competitive offers provided exclusively for them by Imtyazat partners, along with interactive maps and opportunity for companies listed under the initiative to update their offers as required”.

HE Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar said that the Authority signed memoranda of understanding with about 400 private companies under Imtiyazat program to provide exclusive and exceptional discounts to Federal Government employees on services and goods, stressing that work is under way to increase the number of companies joining the program, with a view to diversify businesses, and quality of their services. He called on private sector establishments wishing to join the Imtyazat to register through the Authority website www.fahr.gov.ae.

He thanked all the partners of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources generally, and Imtiyazat program sponsors over the past years: Emirates Telecommunication Group Company (Etisalat) and OSN Channels Network in particular.

HE Rashid Abdulrahman bin Jubran Al Suwaidi, Director General of Human Resources Ajman Federal Authority for Government Central Human Resources Department in Ajman, lauded the efforts of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR), stressing the importance of the memorandum of understanding concluded between the two sides in achieving the government’s goals, through cooperation to provide the best offers and services to employees of the Government of Ajman joining Imtyazat program.

“This partnership comes in line with Ajman Vision 2021, which is aligned with the federal government's strategy, with the vision of Ajman seeking to achieve happiness and sustainable development of the Emirate in all fields”, he noted.

He affirmed keenness of Ajman Government Central Human Resources to improve services provided to its employees, offer  incentives to entertain and motivate them so as to enhance their productivity, and create an encouraging work environment, noting that the Government of Ajman seeks to achieve prosperity and happiness for government employees and their families, through a series of programs adopted by the Central Human Resources Department within its strategic plan.
